Ask AI Now: researched answers in your client portal

Activation pending. The portal feature is installed. Paid AI requests become available after the administrator activates the AI provider connection. Until then, the portal does not accept paid AI requests.

Ask AI Now gives clients a way to request a researched response without waiting for an ordinary support reply. Each question has its own quote and explicit billing agreement. Research and accuracy checks take time; an answer is not guaranteed to be instantaneous or available for every question.

How to use the service

  1. Sign in to your client portal and select Ask AI Now.
  2. Enter your question, location, and relevant details. Agree to AI processing to request a quote. Requesting a quote does not authorize billing.
  3. Review the scope, fixed price, and whether it is a market comparison or AI estimate.
  4. Select the billing agreement and confirm the displayed price.
  5. The AI researches the question, then a separate evidence audit checks the proposed answer.
  6. After a successful accuracy review, your answer appears in your portal and the system creates your company-branded invoice. An invoice copy is sent to your account email.

How pricing works

The pricing process searches for at least three separate independent providers offering comparable work. Verified prices must be for comparable per-question services; unrelated subscriptions and hourly rates are not treated as equivalent. When three comparable published prices are established, the quote uses their median.

If reliable comparable pricing cannot be established, the AI estimates a price based on the planned response's scope, complexity, research effort, and value. The quote is labeled AI-estimated price and explains the estimate. Estimating a price never permits inventing an answer.

Quotes are valid for 24 hours. Once accepted, the amount is fixed for that question. Additional questions require their own quotes and agreements. Accepting a quote authorizes an invoice, not an automatic debit to your payment card.

Accuracy checks and unanswered questions

A separate audit independently searches sources and checks material claims, citations, calculations, dates, jurisdiction, contradictions, and uncertainty. The answer must pass before automatic invoicing. The system holds responses needing more information or administrator review without creating a billable invoice.

AI can still make mistakes. Evidence checks reduce errors but cannot guarantee perfect accuracy. For consequential legal, medical, financial, or technical decisions, review the sources and consult an appropriately qualified professional when necessary.

Your information

Questions and results are stored using the portal's existing encryption system and restricted to the relevant client account. Requesting a quote sends the question to the AI provider for pricing and research. Avoid passwords, account numbers, and unnecessary sensitive information. Public blog pages do not contain client questions or personal details.

Existing reports and suggested invoices

Administrator-prepared reports can appear in your portal while their suggested invoices remain under internal review. Those invoices are kept out of the client invoice list until approved. This is separate from Ask AI Now, where your explicit acceptance of the quote authorizes automatic invoicing after a successfully reviewed answer.
